Megan Fox is in the news yet again, but not for the usual reasons.
This time, she’s been accused of forcing her three sons to “dress as girls” — despite the children protesting.
What’s sad is that Fox is not the first celebrity who has apparently done this to their children. There are many examples that we can point to from over the years. Funnily enough, about the only parents who just let their child be a child was Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
Their daughter, Shiloh, wanted to be called “John” and allegedly insisted on rejecting “feminine clothing.”
Now, Shiloh is a normal, happy young woman. Thankfully her parents didn’t misread her interest in non-stereotypical girl things as an indication she’s trans, or something other than female.
In Megan Fox’s case, the reality is that we simply don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. What we do know, on the other hand, is that there is a trend among parents these days where they insist their child is trans or “non-binary” in order to show the world how inclusive they are.
It’s demonstrative. And the children get caught in the cross-fire.
Fox’s response to this situation has been extremely interesting. But only time will tell what’s really behind the way her children seen to dress and behave.
